As the Owner and Founder, Mia Marshall has tremendous depth of experience in her 30 years in leadership positions managing companies, clients, and projects of all scale, within local and global design/architecture firms. Mia’s business relationships run deep as she has been entrenched in the Greater Seattle market and the commercial real estate community for 25 years.

She is a believer in an integrated project approach where the entire team connects to design the many moving parts and pieces of a project through effective management with a keen focus on interior design and architecture.

Mia is a seasoned designer, manager, and problem solver – from design through delivery. She balances the analytic, logical, and organized qualities of the left brain and the creative, imaginative, and intuitive qualities of the right brain to produce fully thought-out solutions. Being client focused in all that she does, her relationships are her top priority. No matter the scale or budget, simple or complex, Mia knows the questions to ask to quickly connect and dive into the heart of the issue.
